A Senior Home Care Services manager visits with your family to assess the senior's care level, personality and habits in order to determine which caregiver is the best holistic match with the senior.

One of our Nurses conducts an evaluation of the senior's home care needs, develops a plan of care with the senior and his or her family, and orients the caregiver to the unique care needs of the senior.

Once you have started services with us, we manage the caregiver by: paying the caregiver, tracking their schedule, providing back-up care when they need time off, and nurse supervision of the care.
